90-Day Warranty
Every part purchased from Houston Auto Truck Parts comes with a 90-day warranty. This warranty covers defects found during installation. Our extended warranty ensures you have the confidence to purchase with us.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects discovered during or shortly after installation
- Parts that fail to function as originally intended
- Structural defects in the part itself
What's Not Covered
- Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation or abuse
- Overheating: Failure due to engine overheating
- Oil Starvation: Damage from inadequate lubrication or oil starvation
- Continued Operation: Damage from continued operation after warning signs or failure indicators
- Electrical Parts: Electrical parts carry a 30-day warranty only. This applies only when tested and installed by a certified mechanic. No warranty is provided on electrical parts installed by the customer without professional verification.
- Engines (Special): Engine warranty requires an oil change at the time of installation (original receipt required as proof)
To claim warranty coverage, contact us within the 90-day period with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a part, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return Requirements
- Within 30 Days: Returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Original Receipt: You must provide your original purchase receipt
- Original Condition: The part must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original state
- Core Charges: Original cores must be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the core charge
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical Parts (Installed): No returns on electrical parts once installed
- Special Orders: No returns on special-ordered or custom-pulled parts
- Used Parts (After 30 Days): Parts returned after 30 days cannot be accepted

- All in-stock parts ordered before 2 PM ship the same business day
- Parts not yet pulled or tested are pulled, tested, and shipped the next business day
- We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx
- Tracking information is provided via email for all shipments
- Customer is responsible for standard shipping costs unless otherwise specified
