90-Day Warranty
Most parts we sell come with a 90-day warranty. If you find a defect during installation, bring it back. No runaround. We stand behind everything we sell.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects found during or shortly after installation
- Parts that stop working the way they should
- Structural defects in the part itself
What's Not Covered
- Damage from incorrect installation or misuse
- Overheating damage
- Damage from running without oil
- Damage from continuing to drive after a warning sign
- Electrical parts: 30-day warranty only
- Engines: oil change at installation required, keep your receipt as proof
30-Day Return Policy
Return Requirements
- Return within 30 days of purchase
- Bring your original receipt
- Part must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in the same condition you got it
- Original cores must be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the core charge
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts that have already been installed
- Anything pulled or ordered specially for you
Payment Methods
We accept cash, personal checks with a valid ID, all major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle in store or online.
Returned Checks
Bounced checks are charged a $35 fee. We expect payment arrangements to be made right away.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping
Place your order before 2 pm and we will ship it out the same day. Parts that still need to be pulled or tested go out the next business day. We ship nationwide using UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Local Delivery
We offer free delivery on most purchases to customers in the greater Houston area. Most deliveries go out within one to two business days. For large items like engines and transmissions, we will schedule a time that works for you. Just call us to set it up.
